Thieves steal $85,000 from man in Cheltenham

CHELTENHAM TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Police in Montgomery County are searching for two men who robbed a Philadelphia businessman of $85,000.

Police say the man was at the H-Mart plaza in the 7300 block of Old York Road in Cheltenham Township around 4:30 p.m. last Tuesday.

They say he was trying to make a deposit.

The suspects were able to get away with $85,000 in a duffel bag.

Investigators believe the suspects were captured on surveillance video.

The victim was not injured.
